Yesterday, I was surfing the net for slam dunk videos when I noticed a new video of Kobe Bryant.

In this video, he jumps over a speeding car. Yes, it was moving fast towards him but he was able to measure the car’s speed thus making his attempt to jump over it successful. I was really amazed. There was no doubt it was real since I saw his shadow follow his movements. I’m looking forward for more videos like this by NBA Stars.

A lot of people say baking is different from roasting. Some say there is no difference between the two.

I have been studying culinary arts for a while now and graduation is near. I’ve asked chefs about this but when they answered my question, I felt they were unsure with their answers so I researched on my own. I found out that there were a lot of definitions for these two terms.

To sum it all up, baking is applied to breads, pastries and sweets. Roasting is done if it’s meat and if there is a rotation included in cooking the meat.
